The tattoos of Nordic symbols, in a way, show the stories of the ancient Viking peoples, their alphabet, beliefs and above all, the experiences of their kings and Gods.
Among the most frequent designs are the drakkar. These represented the vessels with which the Danes sailed the seas, in search of new lands. Their ships were recognized by their elongated structure with oars on both sides of the hull, which allowed them to navigate at high speeds. For many, it is a symbol that personifies them, as they were specialist navigators and warriors.
